Sarah Ariaudo is a Health & Wellness Expert, Author, and Motivational Speaker who helps people step out of their comfort zones and into their best lives – whether that’s at home, in the workplace, while running a business, or in any other aspect of life. 

Before integrating Mind, Breath and Body into her work, Sarah spent her career in healthcare technology, working as a healthcare clinician, manager, and consultant. Pouring all her time and energy into her work led to chronic stress and several debilitating health issues. She was finally forced to focus on her own well-being - which introduced her to the power of mindful-based techniques.

Today, she shows her clients how to be more cognizant of their stress levels and more in tune with their bodies. She provides the nudge they need to prioritize their well-being so they can show up as their best selves in all aspects of life.
