I CAN'T MEDITATE
used to be my mantra. What's the point anyway? I'm too busy....
That is, until I was desperate.
I was exhausted, depleted, stressed and couldn't remember anything.

Now I have the tools I need to be the calm and energetic mom, the attentive partner and the productive professional I want to be.

Pssst....I do it without spending hours a day I don't have OR without clearing my mind. I mean, who can actually stop thoughts from coming anyway?
