I’m no stranger to over-committing and putting my health on the back burner. As a high-achieving, former people-pleasing perfectionist, I've been there, done that!

 

Putting my own needs aside led to exhaustion, chronic stress, health issues, and thoughts like, “Is this really it?”

 

After battling unexplained health issues for several years, I finally gave myself permission to prioritize my well-being and something incredible happened... I got my life back! I learned to listen to my body, self-regulate to deal with stress, and prioritize my health by implementing small habits daily. 

I feel better than I did in my twenties, now it’s your turn…
